Use the following:
[1] create a "clipping plane" : Tool tab >> Display >> Add a clipping plane
[2] Use "Make2D" command.
- View: Top
- Projection: CPlane --- select this option to match (x,y) coordinates.
- From input objects
- check "Clipping plane intersections"

command: ClippingPlane
To enable the plane:
- command: EnableClippingPlane command ==> 3rd button from Left End of "Display" tab.
- select the plane in a target View.
It worked!
